The Courts.
At an adjourned sitting of the Alexandra Warden's Court, held on Friday last, the following business was transacted : Frederick Schweder applied for a water race, 1 head, and claim, acre, in Gorge Creek.—Both applications were objected to by the Fourteen Mile Beach Dredging Coy. Mr Ryan appeared for applicant, and Mr Hutton for the objectors. After the Warden had visited the ground he decided to gfanlf bothr applications,- the one head to be'reduced to | a head and a small" dam to be put in.
