The steamers Waikare and Talune have been isolated at Lyttelton owing to a suspicions case of sickness oh the former. The Waikare's cargo wai being transhipped to the Taluna fct , Sydney. All engaged on both vessels have been isolated.
The barque Marion Woodside ayrived at Melbourne from Liverpool with six men coffering from small poft. An earlier case proved fatal. The ship has been quarantined. Australia won the itolapora Oijp a! the Bisley meeting, scoring 771 points. England was next with 760 points.
