Undaunted and Golden Gate Gold Mining Co., exchange of title, water race license 4017—2/10/88.—Surrender accepted, and exchange title to issue for a term of 42 years. Geo M*lntosh, Warden’s order that 1 head of water be permitted to flow down the bed of Galloway Woolshed Creek.—Granted James Truesdale, water race, 2 heads from Sutherland’s Gully.—Refused, with Court costs £1 3s.
