WARDEN'S COURT, ALEXANDRA, * Monday, May 11th. (Before F J Burgesa, Esq, Warden.) Geo. H. Paul v James Gartley and John Gartley; claim, £lO damages caused to plaintiffs residence site by defendants' mining operations, and injunction to desist from same. Judgment given as follows:« { Held that deiendants, by their mining operations, have cut off the means of ingress and egress to the plaintiffs residence site, and have discharged water upon the said site, but by consent of the parties no damage is awarded. Injunction refused. Defendants are ordered to pay plaintiffs costs amounting to £& 175." Jas and J no.
