BANNOCKBURN.

(From our own Correspondent.) The annual meeting of the Bannockburn householders was held on Monday evening, when about 12 householders attended, Mr H Murray was voted to the chair. The report and balance sheet showed that the school affairs were in a very satisfactory condition. The retiring committee were accorded a hearty vote of thanks for carrying on the school business so well. The committee has a credit balance of £7 2s sd. The following gentlemen were elected to form the committee for the ensuing year:— W B Parcell Sen., W R Parcell Jun,, H C Parcell, H Murray, J Short, A S Oillanders and P Rowley.
