A little girl aged three wap once eent out for a walk to her aunt's. She was told to ' give mother's love, and if auntie asked her to stop to tea, she might.' When she arrived, her aunt inquired if there were any messages for her, to which she innocently replied. * Yes j mother says, «Give my love to auntie, and if she asks you to stop to tea, you may," The child stopped. Kind looks, kinds words, kind acts and warn hand-shakes—these are secondary means of grace when men are in trouble, and aro fighting tbeir unseen battles.— Dr John Hall.
