SOMEWHERE. gnmowl '"' m distant purple seas A go d*n s!e is »learning. When anchor all the argosies We s*nd out in our dr« aming. The castles we have built in air, Eire there on firm foundations. Filled with all fotma of beauty rare That were our t>>c ught creations.
Theie waits the lore tfant fled bo soon ; It teemed a dr. am thou ,'h giving To life id breath of perfumed June, The sweetest thing of living, Oh, beautiful Somewhere, Somewhere, Thou moat exist if only To tare from bitterest deipair The bear's now sad and lonely.
Somewhere the friends who passed from sight, Upon Death's bosom sleeping, A in dwelling in eternal light For ns love'B viw il's k« eping. S >mewhere the one who loßt the prize, Yet toiled with true endeavour, Will find the wreath of laurol lies Above hia brow for ever.
Some where oar better selves musi waft. Which sometimes came when giving Oar aspirations pure and great Place in onr daily living. Oh, heantifnl Somewhere, Simewhere, la Death the river glidisg Out to the coean calm and fair, "Where tby bright ehorts ara hiding ?
