Some excitement was caused by a boat being run down by a yacht, but the crew were speedily rescued; ,J France threatens to send troops to Kwaogsi, China, unless the rebellion there is speedily crushed. ** Britain has arranged to attach British officers to Japan's army, and will later oh attach Japanese to the Britisharmy. f;
