Postal Information.

Mails close at this office as under:— For Dunedin, Chat to Creek, Ophir, Cambrians, Be<ka Nasehv, etc.—tolly at 9 p.m.—Late Letters, with an extra fee of One Penny, are received up to 9.40 p.m., accept oa Sunday when the mail closes at 7 p.m. RForßald Hill Flat, Roxburgh, Lawrence, etc.—Daily at 1.30 p.m For Arrowtown, Qaeenstown, etc.—Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, atß.3oa.rn. For Clyde and Cromwell,—Daily at &30 a.m. Mails arrive:— from Dnnedin, via Otago CentralDaily at 9 p.m. From Lawrence, Roxburgh, Bald Hill Flat, eta—Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 9 a,m. ; Mondays, Wednesdays, •ad Fridays at 1 pan. Brom Queenstown, Arrowtown, etc.— Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6-30 p.m. From Cromwell • and Clyde,—Daily at 6,30 p.m. N. B.—Letters containing anything of nine should be handed to the Postmaster to be registered half an hour before the mail closes.
