Cricket Notes.

The Lowbura team defeated Cromwell last Saturday by 67 to 22, on the first innings. The following will represent - Lowburn against Alexandra on Saturday : —Wilson, Partridge (2), Orombie (2), Swann, Maddocks, De Bettencor, Hill, Perriam, Richards, and Woods (scorer). A return cricket match between Clyde and Cromwell will be played at Cromwell on Saturday, 31st Jan. On Saturday next one ot the most important matches of the seaßon, that between the Lowburn and Alexandra Olubs, will be played on the Alexandra Recreation Ground, A great deal of interest is always taken in this match, and given fine weather, a large attendance and an interesting game is expected. The following players will represent Alexandra; Burgess, E, King, L Churchill, W Burnside W Laidlaw, 6 Watts, J Cairns, J Crombie, 0 Daniels, B Williams.
