Oar mother, they have laid thee low,. Our father, too, beneath the sod j Though down our cheeks the tear-draji '■ f10w,,. \?- We lift our aching hearts to God. Has He not burst the bonds away? We lay thee down from all onr love; The souls have left their prison, here, And soared away to peace above.
