BULGARIAN NOTE REJECTED
REDUCTION OP LEGATION STAFF (Rec. 9.10 a.gi.) LONDON, Feb. 27. Britain has rejected a Bulgarian Note asking for a reduction in the size of the British legation staff in Budapest. The British Note, delivered in Budapest on February 25, said that since Britain did not accept the charge of spying made against the British businessman,. Edgar "Sanders, it could not also accept the implication that the British legation had been proved in his trial to be the centre of espionage.
