RUSSIAN WOMAN ARRESTED

U.S. ALLEGES SPYING IN GERMANY BERLIN - , February 23. The United States Army announced to-day the arrest in Heidelberg on February 14 of a Soviet woman suspected of spying ill Western Germany. The woman, who was identified as Regina Rowiskerja, was arraigned before the United States District Court in Frankfurt and is now in a women’s prison.
