DR. C. A. TAYLOR DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALS DIVISION (P.A.) WELLINGTON. Feb. 21. Dr. R. G. T. Lewis, now medical superintendent of the Kingseat Mental Hospital, has been appointed director of mental hygiene in the Health Department. Dr. C. A. Taylor, now director of the tuberculosis division, has been appointed director of the hospitals division, and Dr. G. L. McLeod, medical officer of health, Wellington, assistant director of the hospitals division. The Minister of Health (Mr J. T. Watts) said this evening that the appointment of a successor to Dr. Taylor as director of the tuberculosis divi- | sion of the department was being considered.
