Mr Stalin. —Mr Stalin has agreed to stand for the Supreme Soviet for another four-year term. This informa' tion was conveyed in an open letter to the Election Commission. The letter was signed by Mr Stalin and other prominent members of the Communist Party and the Soviet Government. Elections for the Supreme Soviet will be held on March 12.
