SECOND TRIAL

FORMER ITALIAN COMMANDER (Rec. 10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 19. Marshal Graziani, former commander of the Italian armed forces, goes on trial on Thursday on charges of collaboration and the execution of Italian partisans, reports, the United Press Rome correspondent. Five Italian generals will try him at, a Rome military tribunal.
