BELGIAN DEFENCE PLANS
MINISTER ANNOUNCES EXPANSION LONDON, Feb. 16. Reuter’s Brussels correspondent says that the Belgian Defence Minister (Mr. Albert Deveze) told v 'the Senate that Belgium’s navy would be trebled, the air force expanded, the radar detection network considerably developed, and the army reorganised.
