TN pursuance of the Electoral Act, 1927, and the Licensing Act, 1908, and their amendments, I, Walter Haymes, Returning Officer for the Licensing District of Ashburton, do hereby give notice that an Election will be held for the Licensing Committee for the said District; and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on TUESDAY, the 28th day of FEBRUARY, 1950; and that the Poll, if necessary, Avill 'be taken at the several polling places of the said District on TUESDAY, the 14th day of MARCH, 1950.
