V- BOUT ON TWENTY-SIXTH , BIRTHDAY ; London, Feb. u. ■ ‘ Bos' Murphy celebrated his twentysixth birthday to-night by fighting to a draw over eight rounds with a West African, Richard Armagh. Both weighed list sglb. • Murphy pleased the crowd, giving Armagh, a boxing lesson in the use of the left over the first four' rounds. Armagh opened a cut over Murphy's right eye in the fifth round and the fight degenerated into pulling and mauling.

Murphy recovered in the last round to force a draw.
