FLOODS IN ENGLAND
THAMES OVERFLOWS BANKS (Rec. 9.50 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 15. Parts of Royal Windsor were flooded to-day, and the overflowing Thames was creeping toward Eton Valley. The river was two miles wide between Oxford and Reading. Near Henley hundreds of acres were under water.
It was the 16th consecutive day of rain in the area.—Reuter.
