BERLIN TRAFFIC CHECKED

RUSSIAN DELAY AT HELMSTEDT LONDON, February 14. The Associated Press correspondent in Berlin says that the Russians at Helmstedt last night slowed down road traffic bound for Berlin, permitting only three to four trucks an hour to pass. The Russians offered no explanation for the new delay. Between 30 and 40 trucks were queued up at midnight.
