MINISTER INAUGURATES TOWER. DESCENT OF 200 FEET MADE. (United Prwss Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.25 p.m.) PARIS, August 6. The Air Minister (M. Cot) inaugurated the parachute-jumping tower at the International Exhibition by parachuting from a platform a height of 200 feet.
