INDIAN PROBLEMS.
VICEROY MEETS GANDHI. (United Press Association —Copyright..) DELHI, August 4. A communique announces that the Viceroy and Mahatma Gandlii discussed the latter’s visit to the North-West Frontier and cognate matters. The Marquess of Linlithgow is communicating Gandhi’s views to the Governor of the Provnce. The Viceroy and Gandhi also discussed improvement of the condition of the peasantry.
