MINISTER BOYCOTTED.
VETERANS RESENT A SPEECH. (United Press AssDciation—Copyright.) OTTAWA, August 3. Tho Imperial Conference at Brantford declared a boycott on meetings attended by the Minister for Pensions (Mr Power) for alleging in a speech in the House of Commons that they declared they fought for England, and not Canada. Air Power lost an arm at Vimy Ridge.
