INFANTILE PARALYSIS.

FATAL CASE IN MELBOURNE. (United Press Association— Copyright.) MELBOURNE, August 2. Four more cases of infantile paralysis were reported to-day. There was one death—that of a child aged two years. The total number of cases is now 46. A disturbing feature of the epidemic is the outcrop of recent cases outside the area in which the schools are closed. One case to-day was from Williamstown, which is far away from the infected districts.
