THIRD GRADE.

Old Boys defeated Methven at the Showgrounds by 14 points to three. The scorers for Old Boys were: A. Ross kicked a penalty goal and converted a try, E. Jordan scored two tries, and 0. McCandlish one try. For Methven,

W T atson kicked a penalty goal. Mr M Betts was referee.

In a closely contested match at the Showgrounds, Allenton defeated Technical Old Boys by 15 points to 14. Mr G. Dalton was referee. FOURTH GRADE. In the match played on the Oval, Technical A., drew with Allenton, the scoro being 16 all. For Technical, Pheloung scored two tries and Johnston one, while Tulley kicked a field goal and a penalty goal. Allenton’s scorers were Price (two tries), Campbell and Plunkett (one each), Reeves converting two.

Alethven defeated High School at the Showgrounds, the score being eight points to three.
