NO CONTEMPT OF COURT. (United Press Association—Copyright.') SYDNEY, July 31. The Full Court oT the Supreme* Court dismissed with costs an application by Beaumont Tudor Shiels that the proprietors and publishers of “Smith’s Weekly” should be dealt with for alleged contempt of Court for having published an article* which was likely to prejudice the fair trial of the action begun by them against Lady Kingsford Smith, executors of the will of the late Sir Charles Kingsford Smith.
