SEQUEL TO DEATH UF COUNTESS. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.50 a.m.) 1 LONDON, July 30. Carrying out an old wish of his wife, the Earl of Cardigan scattered the ashes of the Countess from a boat at sea near her birthplace in the Isle of. Wight, and then scattered a handful of dark red roses. The ceremony was cal-ried out quietly. The Earl was cohipletely broken up.
