Eight thousand Boy Scouts from all parts of the Empire, travelling in eight ships, arrived at Harlem from Britain, for the fifth world jamboree, which Queen Wilhelmina will open on Sunday, when 25,000 from 31 nations will march past in the presence of Lord Baden Powell.
