LOW YIELDS ON THE PRAIRIES. (United Preee Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) OTTAWA, July 2S. According to the Bureau of Statistics the grain yields in the non - drought areas of the prairies are low. Manitoba will not have more than half the normal crop of barley, a.nd oats are also a failure. The crops in Northern Saskatchewan are much below the average.
