The first quarterly meeting ol' the "Taylor Memorial Tent" female branch lof the Independent Order of Rechabites, was held in the Victoria J^all oif Thursday evening. | There was . a good attendance of members, aud one candidate was pro-j posed for admission. Under instructions from the District, all business was suspended at 8.30 p.m., whilst the C.R.; Sis. Collorick, read the ritual for our fighting and fallen soldiers. At the conclusion of the business portion of the meeting, the District, Superintendent of female members (Sis. E. Kennedy), gave an excellent address on. the Emblems of the' Order.
