PARIS, October 3. The French General Staff assert that the Germans are losing 24 divisions weekly. Gormanys, 1917\ class{ received• only three months' training; they were identified by men frontWestern - battlefields. The 1918 class, averaging 17 years, began entering the depots in ; June, and is evidefttly destined for next summer's battles.
