HAYWARD'S PICTURES.
' Tho screening of the London Film Company's picturisation of the .-.military and sporting drama, "The D>rby Winner," which was such a, boom when Bland Holt's Dramatic Company played it through the Dominion 20 years ago, will take place at His Majesty's Theatre this evening. "The play has a military strain running right through its various scenes; the "plot hinges on the fortunes of Lord and Lady' Desborough. The production'has a."special interest to the Dominion as Miss Eva Balfour, who is well-known. in the country, has the principal part in "The Derby Winner." The play is brimful of incidents which rivet tho close attention of tho audience, and the culminating sensation is a realistic representation of historic Ascot, which shows- Lord Desborough's horse Clipstone, winning the English Derby, and thus restoring the fortunes of the* Desborough family. A carefully-select-ed supporting series will be shown.
