THE SOLITARY SITUATION.

At a meeting of the Reichstag. Budget Committee, Herr Basserinann urged Dr. \ ron Bethmann-Hollweg to supply furthor information upon the military situation, and explain more precisely his vit'ws concerning the adopton of a. more merciless warfare against England. Dr. yon Bethmann-Hollweg declared his readiness to give the Reichstag fuller information in camera.
