Wo beat off a night attack against our .advanced positions ■■ eastward of Eaucourt l'Abbayo, where we are now established.. We clea-rod out the Germans from buildings at Eaucourt l'Abbaye. '
.■Wo also.established .a line 1 further west from appoint -1200 yards northwards of Courcclcttc, in the direction of the Hessian Trench.
A counter-attack re-took a of the Regina Trench, which we had gained further north. There was stubborn fighting in this area.
