SPIES ARRESTED IN HOLLAND.

ROTTERDAM, October 2
An ox-captain .of the HamliurßAmerika lino and his clerk have boon' arrested on suspicion of espionage, and four Dutchmen have been charged with complicity. It is alleged that they supplied information regarding cargoes going to England and as to the whereabouts of Entente warships.
