HAYWARD'S PICTURES
The change of programme on Satur- • day ushered in. a series of Very good . films, hooded by tho Keystone comedy . success "My Valet." This picture is quite as amusing as tho best of Keystones that have preceded it, and can be depended | upon to evoke hearty laughter from any normal picture-goor. Tho plot is cleverly constructed^ and there is an unbroken chnjn of ludicrous occurrences and ridiculous situations. The artists taking part are Keystone's best—Mabel Normand, Mack Sennett, and Raymond Hitchcock. The dainty and vivacious' Mabel was never brighter, and the picture would be : worth seeing for the fun she contributes alone. Tho chief of the supportI ing pictures is ." By the Governor's ■ Orders," which tolls a powerful story : of-a man whoso love brings misfortune to him, but who ultimately triumphs over his afflictions. The cast includes a very pretty child actress, and the : playing as a* whole is exceptionally i good. The " Patho Gazette" and ; other .-interesting.., topical matter are j also billed. '*:
