WASHINGTON, October.!.- , The State Department has been ad-, vised that.the British have captured the Bremen and towod her to Rosyth. NEW YORK, Octeber 1. According to' advices i'rom Washington, the Bremen was captured in a British net, and is now hold in Scotland. The report states that the submarine wa,s seen at Rosyth three weeksa^o. * "The undersea nets arc- 100 yards long and 60 yards d*>op, and have two bombs attached to each.
