TRADE RESTRICTIONS.

It is officially stated that no further licenses will be- issued within the Empire for tho exportation of vaseline casings, rubber and balata, or manufactures of powdered talc to Denmark, Holland, or Sweden. Privy Council licenses will not bo accepted by the Customs Department for shipment without the War Trade Department's special authority.
