FAMOUS SCOTTISH REGIMENTS.
Under the auspices of the Ashburton County Scottish Society, the Rev. "W. C. Blair will deliver a lecture on ''Famous Scottish Regiments" in the Masonic Hall on Wednesday evening next. Mr Blair, is well known for his ability as a graphic lecturer, and no doubt there will be a- largo audience to hear him on a subject which is of special interest at this time. The proceeds are in aid of tho Red Cross Funds.
