.-Major -Arthur;-Biimphwys .-md Lieutenant Hugh Loviek,. who were en route to Canada, .wore-detained- by tho immigration authorities at Ellis Island because they were iwgularly serving the belligerent forces. The officers were released after tho British Embassy had protested.
