Tberb has been a satisfr.ctory advance in the mountains near the Bukowina. The Roumanian Legations are expected to arrive frora the enemy capitals, via Sweden and 1 Russia, shortly. America is taking over the representation of Koumania in Berlin and Vienna, and the Spanish Ambassador the representation .".t Sofia and Contsantinople.
