Valley from Hermannsta<lt and Kronstadt to Saoreda and Chik. Germany lias realised that the menace to tho communication between Berlin and Constantinople is too great for her to resist. She also understands tho tremendous political <;lfect if the Roumanians conquer Transylvania."
