MELBOURNE, Sept. 26 Rain continues tvud there are
indications of a change. Since Thursday 546 points have fallen. The Yarra is still- rising, and many river craft ■have sunk. Flcraington racecourse is flooded, ajid it is feo-rod that the water has greatly da-uiaged tho tracks.
