ly The High Comniis.sioner reports: — W\ LONDON, September 24. •Fifteen Zeppelins made a raid last night on south-eastrn and cast Midland •counties, Lincolnshire principally. Three raided London, two the southoast, tho other the oast, .and eventually the London districts. The casualties were 28 killed and 99 injured. Two of tho raiders were brought down in Essex—one in flames, the crew and everything being destroyed, and the other, with the crew of 22, was • captured.
