STEAMER FREIGHTS.
THE REVISED SCALE

..No date lias yet been fixed for the introduction of the revised scale _of oversea freights homeward from New Zealand, but the projected increases will likely conm into operation some time next month. The alteration will not affect oversea vessels now loading on the New Zealand coast. It is very probable that freight rates after next month . will carry a 25 per cent, increase generally.
