In the Senate, in replying to a query us to whether the .British Government had similarly requested Canada and South 'Africa and the other Dominions to increase their reinforcements, Senator ■ Pesirco said that the Government had received confidential information which it was out, at liberty to publish H<- had noted, however, that New Zealand bad introduced compulsory service.
