ARCHDUKES RETIRE.

LONDON, Sept, 22. It is reported that the Archdukes Eugene, Leopold Salvator, and Karl Stefan, have retired from their Army commands, and boon > appointed directors of art and science in acadeniies.
Tho Archdukes Karl Stefan and Kupono are sons of the Grand Duke Charles Fordinand ; Leopold Salvator is a son of the lato .Archduke Charles Salvator.
