(Received September 23, 9.30 a.m..) ATHENS, September 22.. Tho Director-General of the Foreign Office visited Sir Francis Elliott (British Minister) and assured him that the Cabinet was only a business Cabinet, and not political, and that it was ready, if recognised by tho Entente, to sacrifice the Germanophile Ministers who, before assuming their portfolios, indulged in an attack on the Entente. .
