The National Mortgage and Agency Co., Ltd., offered in the Arcade this afternoon a property of ono aero of ' land and a 7-roomod dwolling, occupied by Mr L. C. McLaiichlan, of Mount Somers, also a quarter-aero section, with a'7-roomed dwolling, in Moor«~ Street, and a quartor-acre section, adjoining. No bids were received for either of tho properties. Messrs Maiaon and Co. also offored a section s^aJl a 6-roomed dwolling in Caos Street; fylfc no bids wero forthcoming. \
